✅ Reef Hacker Policies
Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)
We stand behind the health of every coral we ship. All orders are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your coral arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must:
Email us within 2 hours of delivery with clear, unopened bag photos.
Provide order number and description of the coral.
Keep the coral in the sealed bag until we respond.
Once verified, we will issue a credit or replacement (shipping not included). We cannot cover losses due to missed delivery, delayed acceptance, or tank conditions.
Shipping Policy
Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx Overnight for next-day delivery.
Schedule: We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
Packaging: Corals are carefully packed with insulated boxes, heat/cold packs, and double-bagging for maximum safety.
Rates: Flat rate shipping of $39.99; FREE shipping on orders over $300.
Local Pickup (Las Vegas, NV): Available by appointment.
Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of live corals, we cannot accept returns. Instead, we provide credit or replacement under our Live Arrival Guarantee. Dry goods and non-living items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging (buyer pays return shipping).
